1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Green Flag ICT Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Green Flag ICT Solutions provides ICT consultancy, hardware configuration, network installation, software development, cybersecurity, AML compliance solutions, training and ICT product sales. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in the relevant service agreement or contract.

3. Service Terms and Payment

Service fees, payment terms and delivery schedules are defined in individual service agreements or quotations provided to clients. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and exclude applicable taxes

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in custom software, designs and deliverables created specifically for a client shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Green Flag ICT retains the right to use general methodologies, tools and frameworks in future projects.

Website content, logos and brand materials are the property of Green Flag ICT Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Green Flag ICT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable contract. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, in the courts of Kano State.
